Rosehaven is a beautiful early 1900s home that has been recently renovated to provide welcoming inner city Hobart accommodation for up to 10 guests. Located in a peaceful street, Rosehaven is only a minute or two on foot from the famous North Hobart Elizabeth St strip, the location of many of Hobart's best cafes, restaurants and bars. Elizabeth St is also home to Hobart's iconic State Cinema.
Rosehaven's lovely high ceilings, original fireplaces (decorative only) and wide hallway with original polished floorboards all contribute to the charm of this special home. The sun-drenched entryway sunroom is perfect for morning relaxation with a coffee and a book, or for some friendly competition, the games room (adult use only) features a full size pool table plus dart board. The two bathrooms are completely new, the bright kitchen contains brand new appliances, and the entire house has been freshly painted throughout.
