Smith 1910 is a beautiful early 1900s two storey terrace that has been recently renovated to provide welcoming inner city Hobart accommodation for up to 4 guests. Located in a quiet North Hobart street full of heritage charm, Smith 1910 is only 5 minutes on foot from the famous bustling North Hobart Elizabeth St strip, the location of many of Hobart's best cafes, restaurants and bars. Elizabeth St is also home to Hobart's iconic State Cinema.
This home has been lovingly and fully renovated, the result being a stylish combination of contemporary minimalism and original features of the era. The upstairs floor (via the beautifully restored original staircase) contains two lovely spacious bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, plus a bright bathroom with shower and toilet. Downstairs you will find a separate laundry, cosy living room, plus the light-filled kitchen which leads out to a private courtyard. Conveniently there is a separate toilet/powder room off the courtyard.

The home is heritage listed. Therefore, the interior stairs are original and they are steep. They are not suitable for guests with mobility issues or for children under 7.

BASE RATE is for 2 guests. An extra person fee is charged for additional guests.
*PLEASE NOTE: Bedroom access depends on number of guests. One bedroom is provided for 1-2 guests and the other is locked. Two bedrooms are provided for 3-4 guests.
If both beds are required for 2 guests, we can unlock the second bedroom for a small fee.
